Phonics Sessions (4 years)
Chantelle has been an excellent support in teaching my child to read, through weekly phonics sessions. The sessions complement what he is learning in school and have really increased his confidence in phonics and reading.
My child really looks forward to the sessions every week and Chantelle has made a huge effort to make the session fun and active for him, to suit his learning style and personality. I also really like Chantelle’s very engaging and gentle style with my child, she has been very responsive to his preferred style of communication and learning which I think is a big benefit of a 1:1 session.
I wouldn’t normally have considered a tutor at such a young age but the sessions have really increased his confidence and interest in phonics, and I believe have made him feel more comfortable with his learning at school since he feels most confident and less frustrated when learning things which he feels that he already has a lot of the skills and knowledge for.

Maths Sessions (11 years)
When we arranged to have a tutor for our daughter, we didn't know what to expect. Chantelle has really put our minds at ease. She is fantastic with our daughter.
Our daughter has dyscalculia and Chantelle teaches her in a way she understands, using materials and is always positive and understanding.
This has really helped our daughter's confidence with maths and we have seen improvements in her test scores at school already.
I would highly recommend Chantelle. I only wish we had started with her sooner!
